MOKO JUMBIE has branched out and we have created 3 different pepper jellies. The basis for all these starts with red, yellow, green and orange bell peppers which give the basic pepper sweetness to all three.

The first is jalapeno based and has a golden color that gives a stained glass appearance to the jelly that is common to all three jellies.

The second has jalapeno, habaneros and Vietnamese bird peppers (in small quantities so as not to give you a dragon fire heat ) but is a bit more spicy for those who want a bit more heat for their palate. If you take the habanero pepper jelly and add a good dose of minced garlic you have our third jelly. Our new garlic pepper jelly has taken off and seems to be quite a success.

Uses for Moko Jumbie Pepper Jellies

1.
A southern favorite on holidays. Topping for cream cheese with crackers.
2.
Blue cheese and pepper jelly on the side with crackers or French bread.
3.
Glaze a pork roast or chicken 5 to 10 minutes before it's done roasting.
4.
Add to slow cooker with pork butt for pulled pork.
5.
Use as seasoning in your Asian dishes (a little soy sauce & rice wine vinegar and pepper jelly for spring rolls or eggrolls.) (stir fry or fried rice).
6.
Put in an omelette with sautéed veggies and cheese.
7.
Mix with ground beef or turkey for seasoning for meat loaf or burgers.
8.
Salad dressing: 1/4 vinegar, 3/4 oil, (your choice), 1 Tbsp. pepper jelly , salt and pepper and 2 to 4 cloves of garlic minced (yum).
9.
Makes a great seasoning for all sorts of soups, stews and sauces.
10.
Add to a big pot of greens.
11.
1 tsp. over a grilled steak for an exciting change.
12.
Great on toast, English muffin, or biscuits.
13.
The best PB & & J ever.
14.
Add to your favorite BBQ sauce.
